Would you like to lose weight? Have you been trying without success for a while? Our Weight Loss and Exercise courses will give you all the advice and encouragement that you need to help you achieve your weight loss goal.
Each workshop last approximately 75 minutes. There will be an informative talk every week to help you understand what we should be eating and why. There will be active lifestyle advice and healthy eating will be encouraged.
You may be asked to keep a food diary and this will be analysed from week to week and suggestions made to help achieve your goal.
There will also be 25/30 minutes of low impact simple to follow aerobic exercise in our private studio upstairs. This will work towards improving your overall fitness level and we would also encourage you to keep up some form of exercise after the course.
There is an OPTIONAL weigh in; not everyone likes to be weighed; hopefully you will notice a change after a few weeks if you follow our advice.
Please wear comfortable lose clothing and trainers. Courses run for 6 weeks and you can join at anytime.
