At a time to suit you, Serenity has a private ground floor area as well as the upstairs studio, that can be used for all sorts of training sessions.
You may be asked to keep a food diary, if weight loss is one of your goals. Healthy eating will be encouraged and advice given to help you achieve your weight loss.
Train on your own or with a friend/friends. Groups of up to 3 people can train together reducing the cost for everyone.
